Parking and Transportation:
The nearest parking is available on the street and at the Cayuga Street parking garage behind the Library. The parking garage has an elevator. There is an accessible spot (for parking of up to 2 hours) and a handful of 15-minute spots on the Cayuga Street side of the library building.
In Downtown Ithaca, paid street and garage parking are available on the immediately surrounding streets (Sunday is free). Find more information on paid parking from the City of Ithaca. You can use the electronic parking meters or use the Parkmobile service.
Free downtown parking is available 7 days per week on the streets surrounding the downtown core, visible on this map.
All major TCAT bus routes go to Green Street a half a block from the Library.
Route from parking to performance Space:
The entrance to the library is at street-level with automatic doors. The entire public-part of the library is on one floor.
Each aisle of our shelves is at least three feet wide, and books are intentionally left off the highest and lowest shelves to aid in accessibility.
