After two years of development, International Lover returns to the Hupstate Circus Festival, where it made its debut in 2024, bolder, riskier, and more thoughtful than ever before. Troy Lingelbach abstracts their gender odyssey through aerial, dance, burlesque, and performance art to share their autobiographical story of radical queer self acceptance.
This show contains themes and references to body dysmorphia, gender dysphoria, and suicide; it includes depiction of smoking and drug use on stage.

Parking and Transportation:
Parking is in a hard packed gravel lot next to the venue. There will be several designated accessible parking spots adjacent to the theater for audience members with parking tags.
Route from parking to performance Space:
The parking lot is directly next to the theater, and is made up of hard packed gravel, with some larger pieces of gravel. The doors enter directly into the seating area.
